Since 2013 the Jack Saloon Dix30 has had the same decor and vibes but now they've decided to change it all! Reopening soon, in March 2020, the Jack Saloon 2.0 will keep it's unique vibe but will now be inspired by Colonial drapery. According to the designer Stephanie Belanger, the restaurant will still be authentic but more refined and vintage by adding a touch of femininity and elegance. The perfect balance between keeping the restaurant's signature & past ambiance and creating a new one allowing them to satisfy more clients without affecting or loosing current clients.

The Central Bar, a classic statement piece of the Jack Saloon will remain but change completely. In the back, a new cigar lounge will be added which will have an exciting twist.
