I decided to try La Tomate Blanche with their menu inspired by the Emilie-Romagne Region.

Here is what we ate:

Appetizers

• ZUPPA IMPERIALE BOLOGNESE: Homemade broth, cubes of semolina pasta, parmesan and grilled asparagus

• 2 PIADINA AL FORNO: Pesto, fresh tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, salami and olive oil

Mains

• RISOTTO WITH GRILLED SHRIMP AND SOUASH: arugula, parmesan and fallen leeks and basil

• BEEF TAGLIATELLE AND TRUFFLE OIL: Mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, garlic and root vegetables

Dessert

• APPLE TORTA: Served with nutmeg custard and roasted hazelnuts
