Hang, a restaurant located in old Montreal, offers a culinary journey through the flavours of Vietnam and is now officially open for lunch time Wednesday to Friday from 11:30 to 2pm.

We got to try a bunch of their lunch menu items which I will be sharing here!

Appetizers

• Mango Salad: MANGO, RED ONION, RICE PAPER, QUAIL EGG, VIETNAMESE CORIANDER, FIRED ONIONS, PEANUTS AND FISH SAUCE

• BBMac Rolls: GROUND BEEF, MTL STEAK SPICE, WHITE ONION, MOZZARELLA, PICKLED RED ONION AND JALAPEÑO, SPICY MAYONNAISE *INSPIRED BY THE WORLD FAMOUS BIG MAC*

Mains

• Vietnamese bowl: VERMICELLI, CHICKEN LEMONGRASS SERVED WITH FISH SAUCE

• "BO NE" Steak and Eggs: HOMEMADE PATE, PORC SAUSAGE SERVED WITH A BAGUETTE

Ended the meal on a sweet note with vietnamese profiterole and tea!
